Christina Jihee Nam United States, 15, Junior

Since her solo debut with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra aged nine, Christina has performed internationally in North America, Europe, and Asia. Christina has been the top prizewinner of numerous national and international competitions, most recently winning 2nd Prize at the 2017 Cooper International Violin Competition performing Tchaikovsky Concerto with the Cleveland Orchestra under Jahja Ling. She also was a semi-finalist at the 2016 Louis Spohr International Violin Competition. Christina studies with Kurt Sassmannshaus in the Cincinnati Starling Project and Amy J. Lee.
